Our loans typically call for a 25% down payment, and have 25 year amortizations with a fixed or variable rate.

- Maximum loan amount: No limit
- Minimum credit score: 650+
- Term: 5 to 30 years
- Interest rate is determined by: Credit score, term and Down payment.
