Kitzia Howearth, Coldwell Banker Riveras, Land Investments Associate has been in Los Cabos area for 20 years. She is Co- founder and Co-director of an NGO for Biodiversity preservation and the management of the Buena Fortuna Botanical Gardens, a 10 year old privatly owned botanically diverse organic garden with more than 3500 plant species of the tropical and dry tropical regions of the world. She organizes and hosts many ecologically oriented workshops for children.

From November to May Botanical Tours are guided by an expert Botanist and Botanical Landscape Design is available with any of her listings.

Kitzia is also known for her culinary knowledge of international cousine and teaches both on site and internationally about sauces and salad dressings. Living in the 'land of inspiration' she is also a pasionate writer and artist."
