We have gathered this information from the Los Cabos MLS and highlighted the most relevant facts for you. Here is a recap of the sales volume in Cabo, San Jose, East Cape, La Paz, Todos Santos & Pacific Corridor:
The following chart shows the type of properties that were sold and a comparison of January – June 2016/2015.
Here are the most relevant points of this report:
• 72% of all properties sold within BCS ranged between $13,000 to $299,000 USD. Yes, you read it right. Residential opportunities within Baja California Sur start at $13,000 USD for a non-serviced residential lot.
• Price points still vary, but the number of fire sales and opportunities are growing scarce, as buyers continue to take advantage.
• A historic sale was made in San Jose del Cabo with a beachfront residence sold for $12,000,000 USD
