La Paz Real Estate & News (Dec 14th, 2010)

Dear reader, Anabelle Rossell from our Coldwell Banker Riveras La Paz team, would like to share a delightful experience in La Paz… hope you enjoy it!
Have a moment of peace and aromas at Corazón Santo.
I like to start my day with a good cup of coffee. I love the smell, the color, the taste… everything! I´ve loved that part of my routine since I was a little girl, when my grandma used to bring me fresh brewed coffee with milk.  Nowadays, I´ll have it black and I like to look up for nice, cozy, friendly and different places where I can let my thoughts get lost in my coffee.
In my continuous search for my coffee moments, I found Corazon Santo, just recently renewed with homemade bagels. Needless to say, I decided to pay it a visit in a heartbeat.

Corazon Santo is located in Belizario Dominguez St, just a few steps from the corner with 5 de Mayo St and one block above from the malecon. Patty and Fabritzio are in charge of the place and are happy to welcome every morning starting at 7:30 am. Once you enter the coffee place, take a deep breath to fill your lungs with a delicious aroma of coffee, freshly baked bread and cookies and enjoy a nice selection of chill out music in the background. You will receive a warm welcome and a sincere smile. People from all nationalities come and leave happier than how they arrived.
I usually have a regular coffee and my red pepper cream cheese bagel with egg and crispy bacon (So much for my diet but definitely it is a good guilty pleasure!). As for my coffee, Eduardo who´s from Veracruz, brings a regional roasted brand which is also available for sale. He showed me three different kinds of beans and I could appreciate the difference between the colors and the roast among the regular, the American and the Italian ones. I just bought the regular roast for myself and I loved it on my mornings!
Hopefully you can stop by at Corazon Santo and join me and my friends with our guilty pleasure!
And what is new in Real Estate?
We have two accepted offers! First one in Casa Malibe, a charming house with an oversized patio a block away from the Malecon, and the second one in Casa Pueblo Bonito, right by the Malecon. Congratulations to Antonio Galaz, Gabriela Alvarez and Rosa Sáenz for their great efforts in getting these deals closed!
