With the eminent growth of the area and clients wishing to expand their Baja experience, the Díaz Rivera family formed Grupo Riveras to reach other areas in Baja and to continue to develop a modern and luxurious real estate portfolio that included Capella Pedregal and Pedregal de La Paz, among many other residential communities. History

In 1973 Architect Manuel Diaz Rivera moved his family from Mexico to Cabo San Lucas. His dream was to create the most luxurious residential community to be called home. That is how Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas was developed, with cobblestone roads swirling through the mountain and incredible views to the marina and Pacific Beach. Currently, with over 400 residences, Pedregal stands out as a synonym of intimate and lavish lifestyle in Cabo.
