Todos Santos Real Estate & News [Feb 01, 2012]

Hello and warm winter wishes from Todos Santos!
After a very cold spot between thanksgiving and Christmas, January has been very comfortable and sunny with less winds and the vacationers are here enjoying every moment of it. This year, I have teamed up with my friend Joy and planted our vegetable garden at her home in Las Tunas. Other than the gophers who are getting their fair share of the spoils, we have been eating and enjoying vegetables daily, and the company of good friendship.
Buyers have also arrived and we are showing properties and homes daily, which means we are working on a number of contracts. It is beginning to feel like the days a few years back when your actually whooped at the end of a day of showings. To all our buyers, don´t delay any further or you will miss the home or property of your choice in this area, as the best deals are already passing! Although prices have not begun to climb just yet, there are almost no more reductions and the asking/selling prices are getting closer together.
Here are a few great deals on the market at this time:
Casa Karina, in the heart of the Mexican area called Las Flores, this home was built by one of the best local builders and is priced lower than replacement value.
Casa Todos Santos, located 1/2 block from the beach in quiet San Sebastian, with a great rental history and owner financing option.
Casa Dos Sombreros, inside a gated and walled entry in prime Las Tunas and ready for your finishing touches. Oh by the way! This is next door to my friend Joy and maybe she and I will let you share our vegetable garden.
Motivated Sellers with great homes:
Casa Artisan and Casa Piedra Alta Vista there is no way you can build these for the asking prices! Both owners have informed me they are motivated to boot. Flat out great buys for the Contemporary or Mexican home Style buyers.
Until we meet again, have a great day!
